Every pallet is packed to a standard 2,000 kg gross weight. Figures shown are for the 1.22 × 2.44 m panel; the same pallet weight applies to all seven lengths, so panels-per-pallet falls as length increases. Send us your target m² and destination port and we will confirm the exact loading plan.
Carbon crystal core runs 650 kg/m³ — 3.25 kg/m² at 5 mm. Lighter than cement board or stone, which cuts sea freight per m² and makes handling on site faster.
The 5 mm boards flex enough to wrap columns and curved feature walls without a backing frame.
Structural adhesive or clip system straight onto prepared cement — no batten frame, less labour on large projects.
Carbon crystal, bamboo crystal, anti-collision and SPC in one supply chain — 650 to 900 kg/m³ so you can match density to the application.
